So! I’ve been tweeting a bit more. It kind of feels like I’m using training wheels to ride a bicycle.

I was am a bit obsessed with instagr.am … who isn’t? But it’s been fun to tweet-sans-pictures, too.
Lately I’ve been using the hash-tag #influenceconf a bunch.
You may have wondered why?
Well, it’s going to be awesome. + because I’m going. + you should too.
One thing that I’m super excited about [duh] are the speakers. So many of them are names that I’m so familiar with + people I really look up to, but I’ve also had fun “getting to know” the ones I’m not familiar with.
This conference is going to be dynamic. Challenging. Beautiful. Inspiring. Real. Meaningful. + you might have already guessed it: Influential.
I’m already practicing my high kicks, secret handshakes + bear hugs for when I see + meet all y’all in real life.
As you can see from the graphic above: the conference isn’t until October! 50 early bird priced tickets have been released, but they are selling quickly! Hurry on up, run, don’t walk!, to get your reduced price ticket! From now until October, every once in a while, I will fill y’all in on news about the conference! Community leaders, sessions, *cough* shopping *cough* + so much more! I will also be letting you know more about my roll at the conference!

hey kacia! So excited to get to know you at/before the #influenceconf (lam to hashtag in a blog comment?) :) We’re going to have to talk baby girls and their beautiful baldness sometime. My Hazel is 2 now but until recently she was a hairless wonder (still pretty short and fuzzy!).

YES TO BALD BABIES!! it doesn’t matter how much PINK she is wearing … I am still asked how “my son” is! oh well!! I think she’s gorgeous! :)
