Fall 2012: the Maebyn Mary Jane

When my dear friend MaKenzie wrote to me about the little baby bun in the oven, I was ecstatic.  I’ve always loved her style, and I was simply floored when she asked me to design something for her little girl!  Her name wasn’t public yet, so you might have seen this new mary jane design floating around the instagrams + pinterest lands, but now I can officially reveal, the Maebyn Mary Jane.  [Is that not the cutest name ever??]

I can’t wait to get a photo of baby Maebyn sporting her Maebyns!  Okay, I’m a dork.  Moving on….

So when MaKenzie asked for a design with buttons, I sketched + knitted + ripped up stitches + knit again …. + landed on one of my favorite designs to date.

the Maebyn Mary Jane  || a Unique Coconut Robot Design

The Maebyn is a high-end baby slipper design for Fall 2012.  It can be made in any color: we will work together to ensure the perfect color is found.  Each mary jane is adorned with leather + felt, hand stitched + knit.  Every pair is a little different + price includes a completely custom leather etched sole.  Begin the order process by filling out the order form or emailing Kacia.
