Haven’t met? Not anymore!

So yesterday was a big day.

I have this problem: I have friends I’ve never met yet.

I tell stories about these friends.  I talk about them like we’ve known each other since childhood.   And then?  when people ask

Oh how do you know her?

I’m not really sure what to say.

Well, we have mutual friends.

Ummmm, well…. we haven’t really met.

I’m typically met with a strange glance.   So I just go with it.  And I know that these friends, these sisters, are the real deal.

And then?

And then.

And then I have the opportunity to meet them in real life.

So I hopped on a plane.  Sans toddler baby.  Armed with my better life bags, Brynnda bag!

First stop?  Atlanta.

Where I happened to run into this girl:

We hung out at the Atlanta airport.  Found some grubb.  Hopped on our next plane + arrived in Indianapolis.

We had a little reunion planned, knowing that Jessi was picking us up from the airport.

Y’all.  We turned heads.  There was some crying.  Some happy tears.

They’re real.

They exist.

And I kept forgetting that I’d only “just met” them.

We had a little spa day – taking time to relax + get our nails-did.  Someone even asked us if we were having a family reunion.

Jess said it best: “Kinda.”

And then?  Even more imaginary friends became real when we went out for sushi.

It was a big family reunion.  And y’all?  It makes it worth it.  It makes all of this worth it.

And for all y’all coming to the Influence Conference?  Come hug me!!

I have StitchFix goodies for all of you!  + I can’t wait to HUG you!

I can’t tell you how great it was to hug my girls.  And now I can say I’ve met them in real life.

This is so sweet! I feel the same way with bloggers I follow and all the ladies on She Reads Truth. You three ladies have been a blessing to me and many! Thank you!
