the soul of a sole

  1. The spiritual or immaterial part of a human being or animal, regarded as immortal.

If a sole had a soul, I kind of think it would be something that makes it unique + timeless.

Yes, I just gave a pair of baby shoes a soul.  Sorry.

The truth is, I just love making beautiful designs for everyone.   And I really wish I had unlimited hours, unlimited energy, never requiring sleep or food … ever.  Oh! And I would also like an unlimited income: because I just love making people smile.  It always makes me smile too.

Each Coconut Robot item is made to order.  I spend a lot of time on each piece – as well as a lot of heart.  I know that sounds cheesy: but it’s true.

Today I want to show you some of the ways that our boots, slippers + shoes can be customized.  The aspect of our designs that I would say has the most heart and soul: because a piece of my heart definitely goes in the box to be shipped away.

the sole.

Besides color and size and design, each sole can be etched.  Not only can these shoes be worn until those growing feet cannot squeeze inside anymore, but they are keepsakes for years to come.

The possibilities for customization are close to endless.

Email me if you’d like to order and glance at our gallery for our designs.

I had NO IDEA you made such beautiful little shoes. I might need a pair by April, when our second little one is born :) You are so talented!

I don’t have kids–but I love these shoes! such a cute idea to carve on the bottom of the soles–perfect way to put to use a usually wasted space
