As I mentioned yesterday, I am totally smitten with these costumes! And today, I’m going to share a fun little project Harlow and I threw together after breakfast on a chilly morning!
I love them all! But the pirate costume is my favorite–plus, I think Harlow would be ridiculously cute in it!
But… knowing my gal and her spunk, we quickly decided that an eye patch was missing — and we needed to fix that problem!

Harlow and I had such a great time making this patch, and it took about 30 minutes from start to finish! Sure she keeps practicing her “arrrr!” throughout the day, but so far it’s still ridiculously cute.
I still haven’t totally decided what she’ll be this year, but I’m leaning something that falls in line with the past two years.… we shall see! Whatever she ends up dress up as, I consider this easy pirate eyepatch a smashing success!
